Refund & Return Policy – Sheló Nabel USA

At Sheló Nabel USA, we sell cosmetics, personal care products, and supplements.
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, all sales are subject to the following terms.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.

IMPORTANT:
ONLY UNOPENED, UNUSED PRODUCTS IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR ANY OPENED OR USED PRODUCT.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be 100% unopened, unused, and sealed

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Opened, used, tested, or tampered products will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.

Return Authorization & Photos Required

Before sending any item back, you must request approval by emailing info@shelonabel.store.

Your request must include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos showing the product unopened and sealed

Returns sent without prior authorization and photo approval will be automatically rejected.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Original shipping charges are not refunded.

If a product is returned opened, used, or not in its original condition,
no refund will be issued even if the customer paid for return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used cosmetics, skincare products, or supplements

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Products returned after 30 days

  • Gift cards (we do not sell or refund gift cards)

Refunds (If Approved)

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Replacements or refunds will be handled case by case.

Devoluciones

Se aceptan solicitudes de devolución dentro de los 30 días naturales posteriores a la entrega.

IMPORTANTE:
SOLO SE ACEPTAN DEVOLUCIONES DE PRODUCTOS SIN ABRIR, SIN USO Y EN SU EMPAQUE ORIGINAL.
TODAS LAS VENTAS SON FINALES SI EL PRODUCTO FUE ABIERTO O UTILIZADO.

Autorización y Fotos Obligatorias

Antes de enviar cualquier producto:

  • Debes escribir a info@shelonabel.store

  • Enviar fotos claras que demuestren que el producto está sin abrir y sellado

No se aceptarán devoluciones enviadas sin autorización previa.

Costos de Envío

  • El cliente paga el costo del envío de regreso.

  • Los gastos de envío no son reembolsables.

Si el producto llega abierto, usado o en mal estado,
no se realizará ningún reembolso, aunque el cliente haya pagado el envío.

  • Productos enviados fuera del plazo

  • Productos en oferta
